Revenue operations (RevOps) is the strategic integration of a company's sales, marketing, and service departments to provide a better end-to-end view of administration and management, while leaving day-to-day processes within departments. It's a core foundational element for scaling businesses and a growing area of interest for HubSpot Solutions Partners and customers.

The HubSpot Academy RevOps Bootcamp is a six-week program that helps you transform complex departmental silos into streamlined, data-driven systems. Gain unprecedented visibility and control, while accelerating growth across your entire revenue engine.

This bootcamp is designed for HubSpot Solutions Partners and customers who have passed the HubSpot Academy RevOps Certification, currently manage one or more HubSpot product installations, have at least 20 employees in their company or provide RevOps consulting to clients, and want to expand their knowledge to apply their skills for better results.

Please note: This bootcamp focuses on foundational RevOps strategy and process alignment, not technical HubSpot usage. If you're looking to improve your technical HubSpot skills like advanced configuration, workflows, or platform customization, the Super Admin Bootcamp or CRM Customization Bootcamp for Developers would be a better fit.

This bootcamp covers:

  • Defining a RevOps Strategy
  • Impact and effort analysis
  • Reporting on your strategy

This bootcamp is a good fit if:

  • You're a HubSpot Solutions Partner or customer (of all levels, including specialists, managers, and directors) who managed one or more HubSpot product installation.
  • You've passed the HubSpot Academy RevOps Certification prior to the first session.
  • You have a current RevOps title with at least 20 employees in your company.
  • You provide RevOps consulting to clients.
  • You're focused in a specialized departmental role.
  • You're looking to expand into a RevOps specialty.
