About this session

HubSpot’s Pipeline Generation Bootcamp is an immersive program designed to teach partners and customers the first two parts of the inbound sales process —how to identify good fit prospects and connect with them via phone, email, and video email. This program explains the basics of a modern sales process– how to pick up the phone and connect with other executives, how to use video email for effective outreach, how to answer connect call objections, and how to build and implement a scalable prospecting program that will help your business grow with HubSpot technology. This program also includes advice and coaching on how to target the right type of customers and how to professionally engage to start a business conversation. Each week, students will be asked to apply a new prospecting skill in small group role play exercises for continued improvement. Students will be asked to make about 50 prospect phone calls over the six week program in an effort to generate 2 potential opportunities.

  • Inbound sales methodology and the HubSpot Flywheel
  • Lead Identification, Ideal Customer Profile, and Building a Lead List
  • Personal Motivation
  • Connect Call Basics
  • Connect Call Process and Practice
  • Answering Objections
  • Prospecting for the Long Run

This bootcamp is designed for HubSpot end user customers and Solutions Partners who are familiar with the HubSpot CRM, spend at least 30% of their time generating new business or expanding current customers, and have responsibility for new business development or account management. Over 2,000 HubSpot Solutions Partners have graduated from this program. This is an intensive bootcamp that requires a commitment to complete 20 hours of work over the course of the 6 weeks.

You're eligible for this bootcamp if:

  • You're a HubSpot Partner or customer.
  • You're a full time employee and spend at least 30% of your time on new business development.
  • You’ve completed the HubSpot Academy Inbound Sales Certification Course.
  • You have basic sales skills or are committed to a career in sales.
  • You’re teachable and are willing to listen, learn, and apply the instructor's concepts.
  • You’re willing to dedicate 18 hours of work for the program and will attend all the weekly sessions.
